Overview

This is a unique role that demands both an analytical mind and creative spirit. You will be responsible for elevating our customer engagement metrics to a world class mobile app level using analytics and creative solutions. A successful candidate will be both creative and technical, with a collaborative and resourceful style that is contagious. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving all customer engagement KPIs (user activation, retention & upsell)
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis (e.g., funnel and conversion analysis) to map out the customer journey through their lifetime. Identify areas of opportunities to maximize engagement
  • Conduct market research user research and creative team brainstorming sessions, to understand the β€œwhys” of consumer behavior, and generate and execute the best creative & messaging that propels consumers to actions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and various experiments to validate solutions
  • Ensure the setup of the best-in-class infrastructure & tools that allows for rapid testing and response
  • Create insightful, automated dashboards and data visualizations to track customer engagement KPIs

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of lifecycle engagement marketing experience
  • Understanding of online conversion techniques, conversion funnels, A/B testing, and multivariable testing
  • Effective at implementing and measuring channel success (e.g., email marketing, push marketing, cohort analysis
  • Talent for synthesizing complex ideas and communicating them in a way others can easily understand
  • Versatile; ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
  • Exceptional Excel, SQL and data analysis skills–including a good grasp on statistics.
  • Proven track record of thinking outside the box and ideating and executing creative solutions to consumer problems.
  • Experience with Mode or other data visualization and BI dashboarding tools
  • Proven ability to be proactive
