Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

This new role works directly with key business leaders at Automattic. As a member of the finance team, you will be integral in building the reporting and analysis function to support a growing business. You will lead the development of the Company’s financial planning process, interim forecasts, and internal reporting. An ideal candidate will have the ability to understand the Company’s financial model and strategic goals, while being very detail oriented.

We’re also looking for the following things:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, specifically in a Corporate planning and leaderships role.
  • Experience with leading reporting tool sets.
  • Demonstrated track record of process improvements and implementation of best practices.
  • Ability to interact and partner with all levels throughout an organization.
