We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that can work from our Roseville office or remotely.

This role is responsible for managing all inbound efforts โ attracting new prospects to the website and landing pages, plus all things search, PPC and digital advertising. You will manage Certentโs website SEO and analytics/reporting and have a budget, solid thought leadership content and a great team for which to execute strategies upon. You will own inbound.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive paid strategies (inclusive of search engines, display networks, retargeting and other recommendations) to achieve product MQL/SQL goals and maximize budget
- Proactively provide strategic recommendations, planning, forecasting of projected performance that aligns with Digital Channel business model and goals across products
- Generate leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
- Conduct testing to increase the efficiency of managed campaigns to attract targeted demographic and increase quality conversions
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
- Monitor the companyโs social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Maintain software directories (SoftwareAdvice, Capterra, others) to maximize returns
- Analyze & optimize Google AdWords & Bing Advertising account
- Increase conversions and reach with LinkedIn text ads
- Improve remarketing tactics with Google Analytics lists and AdRoll platform
- Increase conversion rates with landing pages & ad copy A/B testing
- Update & build upon SEO for company website
- Deliver weekly and monthly digital marketing reports for paid and non-paid digital marketing
Requirements & Experience
- BA/BS degree in related field such as marketing or communications
- 4+ years of direct experience in PPC and digital marketing management
- Experience owning a budget for display and search, and showing returns
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Should be familiar with landing page optimization techniques and understand the main levers for increasing conversions on sites
- Experience in marketing automation and CRM systems to convert site visitors into leads, and programmatic nurturing techniques
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
- Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment with a high autonomy of work
- Background in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, display advertising, email marketing, website optimization, landing page optimization, behavioral targeting, web analytics, and A/B testing will move you to the top of the applicant stack
- Expert proficiency using all major and tier 2 search platforms
- Experienced and demonstrable track record in developing and executing strategic plans
- WordPress or Drupal experience plus Adwords/Bing certification a major plus
