Responsibilities of our superhero include:
โข Teaching new and existing clients how to use our platform
โข Answering customers concerns by voice or over email
โข Making the customer happy no matter what it takes
โข Working with several systems (financial, bookings, etc.)
โข And much moreโฆ
Expectations of our superhero include:
โข Prior customer service experience (or equivalent)
โข Prior start-up or corporate experience
โข Technical background is an advantage
โข Self-managing

The USA Customer Success Manager hours are as follows:
- Weekly hours 1pm-10pm (but flexible)
- 40-hour work week
- Evening and weekend hours will apply
