This position reports into the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and will also work closely with SVP of Business Development. The Analyst will analyze data and develop programs, methodologies, dashboards, reports, and files in order to measure and report on the performance of the sales function.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains these tools over time by integrating new representatives and other organizational changes. Review and recommend third-party vendors to enable sales processes.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that Sales can best support the organization.
  • Partners with Marketing to provide analysis of lead funnel and lead-to-order progression.
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis and projects, as needed, to support business needs.
  • Performs business analysis functions including documenting processes, gathering business requirements to support company strategies, and identifying CRM improvements to support processes within the Sales function.
  • Improve productivity by evaluating and implementing sales technology – Lightning
  • Help sales leaders make data-driven decisions
  • Work with marketing to enable salespeople and create reporting
  • Help develop Sales process and manage compliance
  • Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity

Requirements

  • Experience working in Sales Operations for a minimum of 3-5 years.
  • Previous experience managing Salesforce CRM data, workflows, reporting, dashboards, lists, automation, find and delete duplicate leads, fields, and APIs
  • Strong Excel skills particularly formula models and pivot tables
  • General knowledge of legal clauses found in standard MSAs and Work Orders
  • Be able to work on your own and with a group
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of detailed accuracy and accountability in a growing environment.
  • Its a bonus if you have knowledge of Pardot, Conga, and/or Ebsta; GSA contracts
