The Bulletproof team is looking for a flexible, committed, self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service group. Bulletproof is a high-performance team of experienced entrepreneurs and biohackers working to upgrade human performance with industry-leading supplements, coffee, products and technology.  We have a great virtual work environment with our workforce centralized on the West Coast.  While our culture is casual and our schedules flexible, everyone on the team is smart, focused and driven. We’re passionate about our own biohacking, achieving impressive individual results and sharing actionable, accurate, science-backed information that changes people’s lives every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct operations in support of Enterprise helpdesk environment: execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate customer issues, open and close tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of customer support services.
  • Provide one-on-one customer support over multiple communication platforms; includingemail, phone and live chat.
  • Assist customers with accessing and navigating various Bulletproof platforms, including: e-commerce site, Bulletproof forum, email subscription, etc.

Skills and Experience:

  • Highly knowledgeable about the Bulletproof lifestyle and products.
  • Skilled in using Zendesk, MS Office 365: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong client facing communication skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to intently listen.
  • Highly evolved ability to address customer’s needs and concerns, and identify quick resolutions.
  • Experience in online customer support is preferred – 6 months – 2 years customer service experience is a plus.
  • High-school diploma or equivalent.

This is a full-time, remote position, that requires some weekend work and occasional work days at our headquarters in downtown Seattle.
