We are searching for stellar, experienced, and customer-oriented individuals to provide phone support to our users in the Upwork platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You would be responsible for creating customer delight through thoughtful, compassionate, and efficient communication. Specifically, the responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deliver high quality interactions with users over the phone and through email
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve user
  • Address escalated user issues
  • Meet minimum performance standards which measure the success of the support offered

REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated skill in addressing sensitive customer issues
  • Ability to pass a background check

Nice-to-have:

  • Two or more years’ experience using either the oDesk (now Upwork) or Elance platform strongly preferred/recommended.
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk and Ringcentral
