Note: A requirement for this position is the ability to work night shifts from 1am-7am EST.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will have the ability to learn all aspects of our operation and grow professionally. You will be an integral part of our Carrier Experience team and be in a position that directly affects the business. This is a full time remote position that will operate during weekday nights since trucking never sleeps!

This role is full-time work from home (WFH) only. You will initially be on-site for the first month to onboard.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide application support to our new and current customers
  • Onboard and educate our drivers on how to use our mobile platform
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, etc
  • Troubleshoot problems that arise during transit
  • Adhere and enforce all operational procedures and policies
  • Work with senior management on strategic and tactical decisions affecting the company at large

About you:

  • You are available to work remotely from 1am-7am
  • You’re flexible – we are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • You’re an effective communicator and possess strong verbal, written, presentation, and active listening skills
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
