This means delivering an engaging program that helps new hires understand the product, business, and culture so they will be successful as soon as possible. You know culture starts with onboarding. To you, this means being a role model, embodying our values in everything you do and helping new hires embrace our culture.

You work collaboratively. You’ll work across the organization to help build standardized functional onboarding programs for all teams and make the process seem seamless.
