We’re running an Online Hiring Tournament this Saturday to hire Sales Development Representatives ($30/hr)

This event will include all testing for the role. Upon grading the deliverables from the event, we will set up qualified candidates with an interview with the hiring manager. This is a 100% remote, full-time role.

As an SDR you will play a crucial part in our go-to-market strategy by targeting decision makers in key companies.

The ultimate goal of your conversations is to ensure that our services will add significant value to the prospect and to set up a more extended discovery call and demo. You will quickly become knowledgeable on the market’s pain points and needed solutions which will serve as the basis for messaging experiments to refine our core product offering continually.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors’ degree (Bachelors Degree preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate dialogue and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work successfully in a 100% remote environment
  • Experienced with various technologies, including CRM and predictive dialers
  • Cold calling and prospecting
  • Previous Sales Development or Business Development role experience You have experience qualifying calls/opportunities to the next stage with the B.A.N.T criteria or similar methodology.

Bootcamp Program:

As a candidate for this position, you are invited to take part in a paid training program led by our best-in-class teams, on best-in-class technologies in our 4-week Bootcamp program.

After grading your tests, you will be eligible to take the Bootcamp which is usually held within a week of obtaining your test results. You will be paid the full-time rate for 40 hours per week for four weeks.

Once the Bootcamp tests are complete, we will be able to evaluate you for the position correctly. Taking the Bootcamp doesn’t guarantee that you will be hired, but you will learn everything you’ll need to be successful in the role as part of the hiring process.

We recommend that you attend the tournament instead of applying online, as our tournament process will be much faster.
