Overview
As a Community Support Representative at Rainforest QA you’ll work within the Product Team to provide support to our online community of quality assurance testers, work with members from various teams to develop solutions to support issues, and develop basic knowledge of user research methods such as survey design and beta testing.
What youโll do
- Assist the Community Manager in all areas of tester support
- Perform tester reviews to maintain tester quality
- Solve support tickets submitted by testers through Zendesk
- Moderate tester community forum
- Work with other team members to triage issues
- Use JIRA to report issues to engineers and product managers
- Develop and maintain documentation for the tester resource wiki
- Assist Community Manager and product team in conducting user research

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to San Francisco three times a year
- Comfortable working with team members in different timezones
