We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join the Demand Generation team. You are responsible for guiding strategy, developing integrated marketing campaigns, and executing multi-channel campaigns to reach and influence prospective buyers.

You are accountable for the marketing impact that campaigns have on the business, and will need to collaborate extensively across teams to be successful. You’ll work closely with product marketing, field marketing and sales to understand audiences and build campaign messaging; content marketing to develop compelling programs; and marketing operations to execute campaigns and analyze results.

The right candidate is passionate about understanding every step of the customer’s experience in their buyer journey and examining results to make it even better.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-impact B2B demand generation programs to achieve demand funnel and pipeline goals
  • Identify target audiences, develop integrated digital campaigns that engage, inform and activate prospects to take action
  • Manage campaign deliverables, working closely with extended marketing team
  • Oversee campaign all the way through from initial touch through lead tracking and conversion
  • Establish KPIs, track performance/success, measure, analyze and adjust campaigns in-flight based on performance. Assess campaign effectiveness by product, medium, source, offer type, and target audience
  • Communicate post-program analysis summarizing campaign results

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B campaign management, integrated marketing, and demand generation
  • Extensive understanding of SaaS demand funnels at B2B technology companies
  • Experience marketing to developers, engineering management, and system administrators a plus
  • Track record of delivering measurable financial results through marketing tactics
  • Demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Attention to detail and strong program management skills to juggle multiple projects and requests
  • Clear, thoughtful communicator (verbal and written)
  • Must be comfortable contributing strategically as well as lead day-to-day tactical execution
  • Eager to roll up your sleeves and get it done
