The Field Performance Measurement team within Field Operations is looking for a strong individual who can help us transform the way we measure and derive insight from field performance globally. If you have a passion for defining and using critical business metrics that determine success at scale (in the field and at corporate HQ), and the know how-to build processes that use data to drive cross company business improvement, then this opportunity is for you. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience leading business planning/business management in a sophisticated cross functional and international capacity, while overseeing the implementation and usage of complex analytics at senior levels of management.
An incredible amount of business insight that can enable better business decision making is in the Scorecard, TLI and Share measures managed by the FPM team. The targets and expectations incorporated serve as the primary non-financial statement measures of company performance in the field, and the reports FPM publishes are the single version of the truth for these results. Setting targets and reporting results is very much a team sport because the matrix nature of the organization necessitates many levels of involvement in planning, target setting and reporting. Because of these factors, there is very high demand and potential locked in the data set and it is imperative that we make it easy to plan, access and cross reference data for business reviews as well as ad-hoc usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with GSMO, WCB and Marketing leadership (and corporate scorecard leads) to ensure scorecard planning and target setting strategy and tactics are aligned across all key teams
- Derive independent insight from business data to ensure scorecard metrics and leading indicators are designed to fully support business priorities.
- Develop scorecard development operational plan, including planning strategy & principles, timeline, deliverables and milestones
- Collaborate cross functionally to develop planning tools that support the planning process, Build strong relationships with field leads to land scorecard planning and targets
- Develop and maintain insightful methods to land scorecard, financial and other operating mechanism metrics with key field leadership roles such as subsidiary general managers
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing, sales excellence, operations or finance experience
- The successful candidate will have strong, proven experience in business intelligence, process management and will be a superior conceptual and analytical thinker.
- You must be highly organized and detail-focused, have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as cross group collaboration experience.
- Another key success factor is being an effective learner, who assimilates new domain knowledge, ideas and information quickly.
Successful candidates should have:
- Good communication and partnering skills
- Advanced Excel skills, SQL and BI tools knowledge is a plus
- Advanced analytical and interpretative capabilities to work with massive amounts of data from numerous sources and get a holistic view
- Maturity to effectively manage priorities under time pressure.

- Strong business strategy, decision-making, and project-management skills
- Critical thinking, analysis, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Self-starter who can work autonomously and across teams
- Thrives in and can drive results in a complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment; and who loves the creativity, energy, and enthusiasm of a fast, collaborative, innovative team Experience operationalizing business scorecards and/or dashboards
