We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who will play a key role in helping InVision make great decisions, manage, and execute on key business initiatives across the company. This leader will complement and support our teams with the analytical and strategic insights to power the future of digital product design.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with senior leadership to scope and implement operational improvements or perform analysis to inform strategic decision-making, such as customer segmentation, funnel visibility, sales compensation design, and unit economics
  • Project manage complex, cross-functional projects and see them through completion, including annual planning, pricing, business technology needs, international strategy and board presentations
  • Exercise sound business judgment to prioritize opportunities across impact and feasibility

What You’ll Need:

  • Practical business sense and the ability to translate from strategic concepts to operational implications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to structure frameworks and initiate an action plan
  • Analytical proficiency (SQL skills preferred)
  • High emotional intelligence and great interpersonal skills
  • Integrity and trustworthiness
  • Familiarity with modern business applications a plus (Salesforce, Hubspot, Looker, etc.)
  • 5+ years of working experience, preferably in a high-growth tech / SaaS environment or management consulting
